Micro gradual lows

My biggest struggle continues to be with finishing larger repairs. When I pull the light further away and step back, I struggle with picking up the micro low “wave” in the panel. I can barely see the flicker of light across the panel. If I move in to pick it up with a tool, I am not able to always pinpoint it because it is so shallow and small, I lose it on my approach. I know this is where I need to step up in my blending game, but I just can’t seem to do so all the time. 🤷‍♂️. Any thoughts??
