Is anyone else having trouble upscaling A+ content at the moment? Mine are just spinning wheels 😩

I keep getting a message that the system is temporarily unavailable. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or does anyone know what to do? I have already tried logging out and logging back in.

Hi..I just wanted to get an understanding of how publish flow works in terms of the subscription. When it says $299 per month does that mean regardless if you make a book or not you will get charged that amount. If it takes longer than a month to create a book does it mean you continue paying the $299 regardless. So whether you make a book or not you’re automatically charged $299 or have I misunderstood it?

Has anyone had issue with generating sharp cover images? For me it seems the fist cover generated is sharp with no haze or mottling in the background. Then as I progress through different versions the backgrounds darken, text gets fuzzy with a halo and the images also loose edge sharpness. To me it does not look good enough to be a premium book cover. Am I missing something or will the finished book cover be of higher resolution? I have requested the ai to sharpen the text and lighten the images but the results are hardly noticeable.

Has anybody tested the output against Ingram’s size and measurement requirements yet….for example, the interiors and the cover sizes? This is key as Ingram is likely to be my point of entry.
