Positioning in a high-demand niche

Hi, I am not totally new to this but I still dont seem to get it.

Everywhere everyone talks about demand validation. Thats easy. Then review counts. Also easy. But then what? When both those give you a green light you are still totally undifferentiated.

How do you set yourself apart via your positioning? Because even if your cover is great and your value stack is awesome then you are just positioned like many others. Or is that enough? If not then how do you pick an angle?
