Free Promotion on KDP
I recently did a 5 day free Kindle book promotion for a newly published book and got 41 sales. Zero royalties obviously. But whats really bothering me is that over forty people downloaded a free book and not one left a review. This was my first free promotion so I don't have anything else to go on. Is this a normal experience, can others tell me of their experiences with free promotions? Is it worth is or not?

Yes, I agree the review process is a struggle. Yes, to bonus offers, (in two previous books but not this particular one) yes to requests within the books and yes to building an ARC group (though this is small it is growing) . And the honest truth. 3 books published since joining here (one per month). No reviews. Minimal sales. Sometimes its hard to stay positive. But its necessary if I want to achieve success. Book 4 is at ARC stage now. I will say this though, and its something that has mentioned previously by Andrey. Keep publishing and learning, don't focus on the sales for now. Hard to do, but it makes sense, I know I am gaining knowledge and getting better. But damn I want sales! :)
Cover Images
Has anyone had issue with generating sharp cover images? For me it seems the fist cover generated is sharp with no haze or mottling in the background. Then as I progress through different versions the backgrounds darken, text gets fuzzy with a halo and the images also loose edge sharpness. To me it does not look good enough to be a premium book cover. Am I missing something or will the finished book cover be of higher resolution? I have requested the ai to sharpen the text and lighten the images but the results are hardly noticeable.

Excellent! Great news, thanks Andrey.

@Williams Naomi I didn't upscale it as the background was abstract enough that it was ok. However, I may go back now and use the new Upscaling PublishFlow tool. I have tested this on another cover and it work very well.
ARC Timeline
Hi everyone, I'd really appreciate some insight on how you manage your ARC launches. I have a fixed launch date, but new ARC readers continue joining throughout the campaign. The closer it gets to launch, the less time they have to read the book and leave a review. A few questions: - How long do you typically run your ARC campaign? - How many days or weeks before launch do you start recruiting? - Do you close the ARC campaign before launch? If so, how long before? - How much time do you give ARC readers to finish the book? - Do you wait for feedback before publishing, or stick to your launch date regardless? - Roughly what percentage of your reviews come in during launch week versus afterwards? So many questions! Apologies for that, but hopefully this might be of interest to others also. I'd love to hear what has worked best for you. Thanks!

I find the ARC process overwhelming. Unlike some I am trying to build a ARC list from the start and at the same time trying to learn the process. Understanding the sequence, timing and even the wording can involve a lot of guesswork and errors. This is on top of learning the systems within the funnel platform, designing landing pages, lead magnets, facebook book ads. I know this is an important part of publishing and trying to get reviews. Because of this I for one would like some direction if anyone is willing to advise. I do believe there are people here, like me who also would like direction on this important topic. Hoping the ARC Gods can hear me :)
Fonts & Sizes
Looking for some formatting advice. For a self help book, what is your recommended font type and font size? Following on from that, what is the recommended line height? Maybe preferred is a better word than recommended. Should we be aiming for a word count on the page (my book is 5.5" x 8.5") and this decides. I'd love to know your thoughts on this.

Appreciate the feedback Andrey.

I agree, and as it happens, I use Georgia, 11 pt, and mostly 1.5 spacing.
Quality over Quantity
I'm aiming to publish one book per month with PublishFlow. My first book is completed and will be published this month. I have been building an ARC list with this first book. For the second book I am aiming to publish this one month after the first. Both books are over 250 pages. My dilemma is contacting the arc readers soon after the first book. For a human to write two books of this length in two months is an achievement! And one every month after that. Superhuman! The ARC readers will be suspicious for sure. That said I think one book a month is workable. However producing 2, 3, 4 or 5 high content books a month. This is not humanly possible. Andrey has always emphasised that quality and the benefits to reader are paramount. Now, lets factor in Amazon KDP, when we publish we have to declare the tools we use. Amazon KDP are just getting to know PublishFlow and will be watching its progress. My fear is that the mass production of high content ai books by some publisher will damage PublishFlow and its members. My views may be controversial but I believe that in time there will be other tools like PublishFlow where anything goes. PublishFlow is in the position to be the standard bearer and should be setting the bar high and keeping it there. For me, I think one, possible 2 high content books a month is more than enough for any publisher. You put the work into these books you will get the return and this platform will not be flagged by Amazon KDP. If I am missing something, I'm sure someone will let me know, I am open to be corrected.

@Pamela Brady I left the ARC research late so I'm still in that phase. The feed back has been slow, but ok. We shall see in a few weeks. And you?

@Bright Keane Feedback is slow, but there are two issues with me, firstly, unlike some here I am building my first ARC list so its going to be slow. Secondly there is a technical issue with my sale funnel platform. The learning curve is steep for sure! Another point in relation to feedback, and I don't know ultimately if it will be good or back. Either way its not down to PublishFlow, it is down to me. Ai might write the book, but I have have to direct it and shape it. I see it like a movie. The actor might be great, but if the director or editor is not, the movie will fail. The good news is....There is learning in failure :)
