If any of you are wondering what service you can offer to your community, I've got a good one! Furniture Assembly People buys shelves, bunk beds, rolling kitchen islands, workout equipment on Amazon. When they arrive, they come in a small box. In that box is a Lego set. For adults. The tools you'll need are IN THE BOX! I charge hourly for this service because I never know how long it will take. I put together a greenhouse for someone that took me 10 hours. Yesterday, I put together a coffee table, kitchen shelving with pan racks, and a rolling kitchen island. It took me 5 hours to accomplish. I charge $100 for the first hour and $75 each additional hour. I made $400 on Saturday in 5 hours hanging out with my neighbor. Last week I fed her cows for $400. AMD next week I'm building a dividing wall in her house to separate half of her home for an Air B and B. Furniture Assembly is something we have all done. And it's something a lot of people would pay for. If your neighbors Google, who can help me assemble furniture...YOU should be the first person they call. Seriously people, stop wasting your life at work and starting working today on having a better life.

I got a message yesterday from a gentleman that needs an article/workbook written for a class he is teaching. Yes....I'm a Handyman. But once I got that gig figured out and on the top of Google, I started a COPYWRITING BUSINESS. I have gotten clients like AUTO ZONE, JEGS, and a bunch of home remodeling companies, Doctors, lawyers, and dentists. I write Blogs, Product Descriptions, Articles etc. And with AI, it's never been easier. How did I get the gigs when thousands of folks were applying for it? I stand out from the crowd. I am the Man-vertiser and Dad-vertiser! I speak to men in their own language I am The Dad Copywriter!!! Anyways, I love you all! I want you to live your God Given Purpose. Once they are a part of your community, you can bring them into your core. To clarify, picture a target consisting of 3 circles. 👉 The innermost circle is your "Core," the people who are your dedicated customers or biggest supporters. 👉The next circle out is your "Community," which includes those who follow you, engage with your content, and are part of your extended audience. 👉 And the widest circle is often called the "Crowd." These are the people who haven’t connected with you yet but who you want to reach and bring closer into your community and eventually into your core. So it's Core, Community, and Crowd. 👉 Showing up on a consistent basis moves people from the crowd, into your community, and then from your community,.can turn into a lead/sales opportunity at the core. Dudes and dudets, I got my first Christmas Lights job yesterday. They asked how much I charge by foot. I googled it real quick. I decided to go with $3 a foot. You can charge anywhere from $3-$5 a foot. Some of the major brands, with a small army and genie lifts, charge $8 per foot. If someone googled for help hanging Christmas lights in there neighborhood, and YOU were the first person they saw, you could literally charge whatever you want. Charge at the very least between $2 and $5 to even be considered competition. When you set up your brand with me, you're customers are the ones that happily pay for the best. They're not looking for cheap and easy. Choose a service to provide, build your brand as one of the top brands out there, and charge what you deserve. For example: If you Google "handyman in Granbury Texas" you'll find yelp, home advisor, thumbtack, the BBB, etc... but before all that, is MY BUSINESS. Top of the list, baby. Anyone can be the best, you just need to believe you are.
