A lot of people walk into the post office every day & have NO idea the level of power sitting behind them forms, receipts, tracking numbers, endorsements, and stamps. This is what I’m currently studying and building deeper understanding around:👇🏾 ✉️ Certified Mail ✉️ Registered Mail ✉️ PS Form 3811 ✉️ PS Form 3806 ✉️ Priority Mail Express ✉️ Stamp endorsements ✉️ Tracking numbers ✉️ Proof of mailing ✉️ Proof of notice ✉️ Accountability mail procedures ✉️ Postal Inspector processes And yes… those $1 and $2 stamps matter more than most people think. 👀🔥 One thing I’m learning fast is this.. Paper trails change EVERYTHING. When records are documented properly…When notices are mailed properly…When receipts are preserved properly…When timelines are tracked properly… people and companies move different. Most folks laugh at paperwork until certified mail starts landing on desks with tracking numbers, signatures, receipts, and documented timelines attached to it. Then all of a sudden people start paying attention. 👀 The mail system has HISTORY behind it. Structure behind it. Accountability behind it.. This is why I’m studying it heavily right now. Everybody talks about disputing… but very few people are controlling the DATA first. Let me make this simple family.... if you don’t shut off the SOURCE… the same negative items will keep coming back. That’s where secondary bureaus come in. These are the data brokers feeding everything like addresses, accounts, history. So when you send disputes, the main bureaus go right back to them to “verify.” That’s why your disputes get denied. That’s why items pop right back on. So what’s the move? You freeze the secondary bureaus FIRST. Once you do that: Data access gets cut off Verification becomes harder Your disputes hit stronger Items have a better chance of coming OFF and staying OFF This is not about doing everything… it’s about doing things in the RIGHT ORDER. The proper flow should be for you to Freeze secondary bureaus, Wait a few days, Then send disputes... That’s how you move with strategy not guesswork. There’s a lot of methods out here. Some work, some don’t, some can put you in a hole if you don’t know what you’re doing. I’m not here to mislead nobody. Calling the 3 major bureaus can work for some people… and Shoutout to Bre for dropping that knowledge: Experian: 888-397-3742 TransUnion: 800-916-8800 Equifax: 888-378-4329 You can call, report identity concerns, request removals, and even place freezes. BUT understand this… Everything doesn’t work for everybody. If you want faster, cleaner, more consistent results, freezing the secondary bureaus gives you a stronger position, because now they can’t easily verify against you. That’s the difference.
