Don’t use Yahoo. 3) Congratulation- they will email you with your new D&B Number. Many people use the D&B# as their Social Security Numbers to obtain Credit Cards, Bank Accounts, Credit Lines, Apartments, Automobiles…. Established and creditable. It opens doors to corporate deals and government contracts that need verified entities. Smart move for scaling up. Pairing the LLC and D&B# basically separates your business identity from you personally. Your LLC gets its own business credit score - think Paydex from D&B or FICO SBSS for loans. You can try: ULine, Grainger, Summa Office Supplies. Apartments too. I tried it with Chase Credit Card. Applied with the LLC [Wyoming] and used the D&B as the Social. Wha-La!
