Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here. You are definitely not alone, and a lot of people in this community will recognise exactly what you’re describing. You absolutely do NOT need to fix everything at once. The goal first is to start noticing the patterns behind the cravings, food noise, hunger, and setbacks.
