Week 3 Day 2
After a mediocre 43 burpees in yesterday, I had more energy today to get 60 done within 10 minutes, but done in 3 sets of 20 reps…. And… of course, DEKA style. 💪🏼. Big kudos to everyone who can do burpees without modification and fast! Hot damn! 🥵. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to do them without modifications. Got in a 15 minute indoor bike ride after burpees too 💪🏼
