In 2026, the leadership focus that matters most for me is meeting people where they are. I have high expectations for myself and even though it can be done, I cannot expect others to have the same drive or mindsets. I will continue to be supportive, encourage as needed, and be a confidence booster. I would love my team to be of liked minds. I will continue to uplift and support them until they believe they can and the effort they put in matters.
