Focus on one avenue
I believe I have tried to carry too many roles. At work as well as personal. For 2026 I will focus and scale back to concentrate on one specific goal until it’s completed.

A balanced life will allow you to be pulled into many directions without becoming overwhelming. Especially, if you have a willingness to serve. Consider what short term or long term goals you want to accomplish and achieve. Pick and choose your battles. You got this.

What is one realization, insight, or shift in perspective you gained this week that you do not want to lose as you move into the new year. I realized that a true community is beneficial for growth because of the experience in various fields and trades that is willing to be a support mechanism.

In 2026, the leadership focus that matters most for me is being comfortable with being uncomfortable. This is a consistent quality that has been major factor in my overall growth as a person over the years
