EU AI disclosure icons?

What’s your take on the EU’s new AI content disclosure requirements, including its proposed AI disclosure icon?
As you’re based in Spain, I’d be really interested to know how this is being understood by people working commercially with AI imagery.
Do you think clients will actually use the icon or another form of disclosure, and how do you see it affecting the kind of work we create?
