What happens at the end of a project?
Hi @Hugo Barbera On a typical agency project, once you’ve finished the AI production, what are you usually expected to hand over? Is it mainly the final generated shots, or are you also expected to provide organised files, notes for post-production, variations, selects, references, or anything else the production/post team needs to continue the job?

Just my shots to the editor or final assets (pics/videos) to the brand if we are handling final delivery. Unless, they pay for the report. Then you have the outline at the AI Survival Guide
Champagne moment?
Hi @Hugo Barbera - just a quick follow-up from my last question... how do you find their “champagne moment”? When a client tells you what they want, how do you work out what they really want to achieve? Are there any questions you ask that help uncover this?

Well that is complicated to explain here. I took a $6000 coach to learn it 😅 There was a full framework for it, at the end you just do it by heart. I’ll see if I can make a module about it

@Brian Terry we'll try, but we have other priorities for the course now, making an announcement tomorrow
