When to 'complete order' on Etsy while waiting for tracking info?

Hi all,

Got my second sale on Saturday (wahoo!) and uploaded it to PrintShrimp the same day. However am still waiting for the tracking details, and Etsy is telling me that I need to "ship today".

Should I complete the order on Etsy? And when I do, can I then add tracking details to it once I have them? I haven't done this before so I'm worried about messing something up.

The order is in France so think that's DHL or La Post re: courier
