'Everywhere else' postage fee? · Poster Print on Demand

'Everywhere else' postage fee?

Hi guys I just got my 2nd order this one was in EU1, I only just realised on my listing, postage to UK and USA is free but when I click on everywhere else, the postage has a fee.

Is this my issue the way I've set it? I tried to look for an option to change that but couldnt really see anything but I want to put my postage fee into the actual price (like I've done for UK/USA) so that it says its free delivery
