Etsy account closed

I have listed my first listing yesterday. This morning when i tried to log in, it started that my account has been permanently closed. I then received an email stating that my account is closed. They do not give a reason for this. When i try to appeal it, it says my link no longer works. I can’t sign in to my account, cant appeal it either. What do i do?
