📋 How to Maximise Your Results — Read This Next
Please read these carefully once you're here. 01 — Show up with intention. This isn't a passive library. You're here to do the work. Lurking is fine occasionally — but if you're in here, be in here. Ask questions. Share wins. Engage with others. Make posts that are valuable to people. If you learn something, share it with us. 02 — No victim mentality. This is a community of men taking full ownership of their lives. You're allowed to share struggles — that's encouraged. But no complaining without the intention to change it. We don't do victim mode here. 03 — The more time you spend learning and practising the more you engage neuroplasticity -- creating new neurological networks similar to learning any new skill. Treat this community like a skill. 50 hours spent will leave you an amateur. 200 hours spent will make you more experienced. This also applies to doing the work outside of the community -- the meditations, awareness practices, conditioning yourself to think in new ways. 04 — Respect the process. The methodology works in order. Don't skip ahead. Trust the sequence. Regulate before you audit. Audit before you install. Don't operate from the frequency of stress, neediness, frustration, impatience, un-alignment, lack, etc. 05 — Support others actively. When someone shares a win — celebrate it. When someone struggles — support them. Your environment is your identity. Make this one worth being in. 06 — Prioritise this season of your life. Make sure you're not overstimulated, stressed out, focusing on hundreds of random things and distracted. Focus on this for the next few months. 07 — Reach out to Taylan whenever you need help, have questions or requests. Please make sure not to waste (my) time though. Cheers. Any questions about the rules — message Taylan directly.

Attention
Where attention goes, energy flows. The more you pay attention and focus on the negative shit around you, the more energy you give to that thing. I was in the airplane 2 days ago, and there was a baby crying. I didn't realise it at the moment, but I paid attention to the baby for a few minutes. Mind you, I PAID attention. I cannot get that attention back. I paid, and got no ROI. As I'm paying more attention to the baby, I notice some thoughts coming up in my mind. "Who the fuck travels with children bro" "I fucking hate economy class" "Peasants" Within seconds of thinking these thoughts, I started to feel the associated emotions. Frustration. Agitation. Stress. Within seconds, my teeth clenched, my breathing shortened, and my brows were locked in like a predator about to eat dinner. And then, bang. I broke out. I realised, "why the fuck am I paying attention to this shit". You cannot control your first thought, but you can control whether you will keep attaching to that thought or move your attention elsewhere. What are you paying attention to?

The one thing that has 10x'd my life
Wake up, execute on set habits that i swore that i'd quit last night, feel shame, toilet, skip the shower because today i feel a little tired. I've been fortunate enough to do this as a job. But i started from a down low so bad i actually logically justified suicide in my journal a few times. It seemed like no matter what i did, i kept hitting the same invisible blocks and then just fell off completely. Cycles like this happen at every level, because at every level, there's a new requirement/standard for the identity and nervous system that you have to possess. For me, they look like this: - Think about starting youtube, start it, post a few videos, but then lose the drive because i don't believe it's going to work. - Push past, record 20-50 videos, 1-3 videos do 10x views, but then for a few weeks i don't see progress, i lose hope, and then quit. - I get my first sale, feel great, excited, but then feel like i don't deserve it and like i've scammed my customer because i just think my product is shit (even though it isn't), so i fall off. - I make a few sales, but they just don't hit like the first sale, so i stop having that feedback loop that rewards me and i lose the fun in recording, so i slow down, and eventually fall off. At every level, i encountered a roadblock, recognised it and overcame it. It happens to all of us. At every level, your nervous system, belief systems, perspective and identity has to level up to match what you want and have. You can't have a healthy loving relationship if you hate yourself. You can't have a thriving business if you're afraid of or feel scarce about money. First its a limiting belief about making your first sale. Then it's about charging more. It keeps continuing. Life really is a game. The one thing that's helped me stay consistent, be aware of when a limiting belief or roadblock comes up and finally be able to deal and process all of it and move on, is, has been and will be meditation. Not the cross legged, perfect posture type.
