Stop Blaming the System. Debug Your Thinking.
Thereās always a reason. Iāve been diagnosing and debugging computer problems for over 25 years. And if thereās one thing thatās held true that whole time... the computer never lies. The machine only does what you tell it to do. And when something goes wrong, nine times out of ten, itās not the computer.. itās you. Case in point: A clientās customer wasnāt getting emails. We checked everything... DNS, SPF, DKIM, lists, tags.. hours of troubleshooting. Switched to a new sending domain.. everything. Turns out... she subtly unsubscribed herself! One single setting buried in the platform.. She was subscribed, but opted out of the only broadcast topic available :/ The system was doing exactly what it was told. And thatās the lesson... Itās easy to blame the platform, the process, the market, the algorithm. But more often than not, the problem isnāt out there. Itās in the inputs. The assumptions. The instructions. Thatās life too. When something āisnāt working,ā donāt quit or blame the system. Keep pushing. Debug your thinking. Because once you find the reason, youāll find the way. š - James
