What’s your most effective screen time hack?
Yo, what’s good everyone? I was just wondering, what’s your most effective screen time hack? I’ve found a bunch myself, and that’s how I went from averaging eight hours a day to now only about one hour a day. And that’s without consuming mindless content, just messages, podcasts, audiobooks, and books. I’ve been consistent with this for over eight months. (crazy I know) I don’t even watch YouTube videos, short-form content, TV shows, or movies anymore. I’ve also helped a bunch of my clients with this, and we all have different hacks that work for us.
