The top of your funnel (TOFU) is where people first discover you (usually through content, ads, word of mouth, or social media).
This is the awareness and interest phase, where curiosity gets sparked. But here’s the thing: if your hook doesn’t stop them, or your lead magnet doesn’t feel valuable enough, they’ll simply move on. At this stage, your job isn’t to convince, it’s to connect and give them a clear reason to stay. Think less “sell” and more “why should I care?”
