Most Businesses Don’t Die From Competition… They Die From Complexity.
Inspired by Russell's constant reminder to focus on one funnel, one offer, one dream customer...
I had a realization I couldn’t shake:
Most businesses don’t die from competition.
They die from complexity.
Too many offers.
Too many platforms.
Too many funnels.
Too many “must-do” tactics.
Too much noise.
And with every new thing you add, the clarity dies a little.
The message blurs.
The energy fragments.
Execution slows.
Until the whole machine collapses under the weight of “more.”
But simplicity?
Simplicity scales.
Simplicity sells.
Simplicity sticks.
Simplicity is a weapon.
So I’ll leave you with two questions: 🪞
  • What’s one layer of complexity you could cut today?
  • And what would it feel like to run a business that’s so simple, it feels like freedom?
Ponder it.
Or better yet, comment below.👇
Let’s make simplicity sexy again...
(Also, curious what helped you cut the most complexity? A book? A tool? A mentor? Would love to know.)
