So, I officially unlocked Level 2. Which I assume means I’m now legally obligated to stop shouting into the void and start actually building something. 🚀

Most people treat their business like a game of Jenga—just stacking more "stuff" on top and praying the wind doesn't blow. I’ve spent my morning with Dan Kennedy and Bernays, realizing that if the Architecture is off, no amount of glue (or caffeine) is going to save it. ☕️

My obsession is the L2C (Lead-to-Cash) flow. Specifically, finding that 20% leak that’s currently flooding your basement while you’re upstairs picking out wallpaper. 🌊🩺
