Some days, I’ve got a full routine dialed in...
Other days…especially weekends…it’s family first, and time is tight.
But I don’t use that as an excuse to check out.
I use it as a reason to Simplify and Focus in.
That’s where the Fundamental 4 comes in.
It’s a 60-minute routine I’ve been testing…designed to hit every Pillar of Success in a condensed amount of time.
Here’s what it looks like:
READ – 10 min
Something that sharpens my mind and sets my focus.
MOVE – 20 min
Run, lift, stretch...just get the blood flowing and wake up my body.
CREATE – 20 min
Write a post. Journal. Brain dump powerful thoughts.
Get it out of my head and onto paper.
CONNECT – 10 min
A moment with my family. A message to a friend. A check-in with someone in the community.
That’s it. One hour. Four aligned actions.
I use this version of my routine when I don’t have time for “perfect.”
Because I’d rather stay Consistent than Break Momentum!
