It will crunch your stomach, give you anxiety, and fill you up with emotions that will block all the creative ideas that you need to create the service. These problems will come.
What you have to do are the three things that I experienced.
- First of all, get some novelty. Go to a long walk. Listen to a new video.
- Number two, talk to people to have good emotions. Not about your problems, about anything.
- Third, have a long good sleep. Eight hours, nine hours, pretty good. Nine hours is good.
Once you have sleep, get into the state.
Have coffee, sit down, sit with the problem, open a Miro map, set a timer, and do not deviate your thoughts. You have to focus on the linearity of thought.
You will feel disgusting. You will feel anxiety. You will want to watch a podcast, video, or anything. Just focus on the linearity of thought for 40, 50, one hour, whatever, for two hours.
Then, you will start to see the bigger picture.
You’ll get the ideas, and then start executing on them. The best thing is the focus. Once you are zoned in, you will see a bigger and different picture and different reality that is full of abundance.
But if your thoughts are constricted in worry and emotional needs, and your attention is fragmented, nothing will happen. You’ll have to zone in your attention onto one particular target.
Boom. Focus on this problem after this block of hours.
Take all the actionable steps on that day only. If you fix this problem today, it won’t bug you for the rest of the weeks. But if you don’t, if you leave it in the middle, it will bug you for the rest of the weeks.
That is it.
Entrepreneurship is like that, stomach-crunching, but you will get the biggest of the rewards and fulfilment.
Same with the Ben Horowitz, Phil Knight, Elon Musk, Sam Altman, everyone.
PS: My boxing pic was just there to hook you and I thought it looked cool.
