Dream 100/Creating a Show

We are two webinars in, and now we're launching our show on Youtube! I'm just wondering about what Russell says in "Traffic Secrets" that you need to post everyday. Are any YouTubers out there doing this? Our plan was to post once a week, with shorts from the main video being spread out throughout the week. But would you suggest actually posting a video every day? Each video will be about 10-15 mins, but if it's an interview it'll be longer. Any help is appreciated, thank you!!
