Working a lil 1 legged crow 🐦🐦🐦 How I did it: 1. Get into crow 2. Slip 1 leg onto the inside of the arm and stabilise 3. Stretch out the leg. I found myself leaning forward at this time as it seemed to make things easier. Landed safely back to crow is also a challenge as the tendency can be to fall forward.
