Rinpoche special meeting with us at the Pranayama with Shiv Yoga club!

Namaste everybody, I have some cool news.

I just got off the phone with Tibetan high Lama Ahbay Tulku Rinpoche ji.

We did an interview while he was here in the UK, which you can see on my YouTube channel linked below. I'd highly recommend it to everyone here, he shared so much simple but profound wisdom.

And now he has graciously agreed to have a zoom call with our group! This is an incredibly unique opportunity.You are encouraged to ask him your questions. It can be about meditation, the mind, concentration, happiness, whatever is on your heart.

I'm asking if everybody can vote below for which day would be better to attend the zoom.

Also, could everybody suggest times they prefer? He is currently in India where they are 4.5 hours ahead so nothing in the evening our time.
