Title Changes in Google Feed

What is the risk of changing the title in a feed as far as rankings and traffic.

Does the potential out way the risk for a couple of weeks when Google is relearning the product?

The ROAS is good right now, but I feel I need to have more keywords in the title to be more compelling to shoppers.
