Looking for a template to use to manage billing for our clients. The actual spend on the dashboard is different than what is showing up in the billing summary and then how to deal with balances. The issue lies with the payment threshold, as this happens at different times of the month (low balance) and trying to balance out what we really have to spend.
Any ideas or a template?
PS - Accounting department is always coming up with different balances than what I am seeing in the dashboard.
