What a difference in the 2 videos in relation to your arm position. The one on the right the arm is along your shoulder line which puts your shoulder in a much better position and helps you hit harder.💪. Keep this up! Work on lifting that left leg just like your doing with the right. Have the holder move back a few feet as well.
