Hey IB. Wow look at that position in the air!πŸ™Œ. So many good things going on. Great job doing all this on a live toss. 🀜. I point out a couple of things in the video that you can work on. I'd like to see you jump more up then out in front of you. Also, exploding up and beating the ball before it drops on you. All of this will happen with time and practice. Hey LY. Now your starting to put it all together.πŸ‘. Your opening up to the right sideline and turning your hips. Focus now on that left leg and keeping the thigh straight up and down. Make the left leg just like the right. This will allow you to turn your hips first and fast when you swing. I have attached a video to help you with this. Keep at it!πŸ™Œ @Lauren Yates

Hey NS. Good job here rotating your hips from right antenna to left antenna. πŸ‘. For next week lets work on getting the torso open to the right sideline. This will get the arm and hand back behind you more which helps create more power. You can do this in your Seated Push and then Standing Throw/Hit and then take that opening to the air.
