My goal is to have 100 Poetry Business Network chapter members by December 19. I'm already planning the holiday Meet Up in Dec. I hope to have teams of people working to facilitate/host monthly Workshops and Meet Ups (and take our place as initial planners).
The workshops are for poets/creatives to be recruited, and the Meet Ups are the monthly chapter updates where we hear about WINS, RoadBlocks, etc. I've already scheduled the August Workshop and Meet Up; and hoping a new member steps up to schedule the remainder for the year.
I've invited 20 poets/creatives to our workshop and asked my team to also spread the word about our workshops. The room only holds 50 people. I'm also looking for another location for us to meet.
Is it wrong to set a standard for. the newest members to facilitate, host, and help with planning our monthly events?
