One thing I’ve realized about myself is how easy it is to fall into the “out of sight, out of mind” pattern with relationships. Life gets BUSY, weeks fly by, and before I know it, I’ve unintentionally drifted from people I genuinely care about. I’m trying to be more intentional about creating little moments to reconnect and practice being a bit more vulnerable. So I thought, what if Wednesdays became a simple check-in? No pressure. No fixing. Just a space to share what’s on your mind, celebrate a win, ask for perspective, or admit what you’re currently waffling over. I’ve been working on something personally, and I’m curious if anyone else would be interested… I’m calling it Waffle Wednesday. Not the breakfast kind. The kind where you’re overthinking, second-guessing, celebrating a small win, feeling stuck, asking for advice, or simply needing someone to say, “Me too.” If this idea resonates with you or you’re curious to try it, hop in.
