This dinner has been on repeat because it’s SO good but I’ve also wanted bread. So know what I did, I had bread! 😎

Still no cupcake but I did have the power pro coconut chocolate chip bar today. (I cannot recommend these enough for a “sweet treat”, the PB chocolate chip is amazing too!
  • increase protein (1g per 1lb of your “ideal body weight)
  • Increase fiber/fruit and veggies intake
  • Reduce cravings
