Week 5 day 2
I have not been feeling myself lately. I think I have a case of the winter blues. Not much sunshine here in northern Michigan. But today and the past week I haven't wanted to do anything other then sit around and bing watch shows. But every day I push myself to get up and do my workouts and my 45 min walking
minimum. Because its important to me and I know it'll make me feel better. Looking forward to the great melt so I can get out and enjoy a walk in the fresh air.
Today's workout kicked my butt.
