Big win today → protein: 176g
Carbs went a little over… and honestly? Not stressing it because that number isn’t set in my life. I even snuck in one serving of greens🤣
While worrking with Ashlynn my goals look a bit different right now. I’m trying to get back to tracking and honestly back to feeling 100%. I have been struggling to get close
to enough calories in. Today was a win!
