Sunday reflection!
Hey thrivers! How are we doing??
How are we reflecting? How are we setting ourselves up for success?
  • my nutrition hasn’t been 100% dialed but I have successfully gone 7 days without ice cream 🤣
  • A reminder PROGRESS and consistency over intensity!! Scale down 2.3 lbs in 4 weeks, muscle mass up by .9lbs, body fat down by 3.8lbs 😎, BF% down by 2.6%, BMR up (aka metabolism optimization improving!)
  • Things I did well this past week protein, Whole Foods, movement, though steps and running hasn’t been where I wanted them to be BUT I AM OK WITH IT. My business took the front seat!
  • Things I WANT to focus more on water, less muffins and breads, because I want to 👏🏻 bachelorette party in June I want to be the smokeshow sober old lady 🤣 💃
