My latest hyper fixation meal:
2 slices sourdough bread
1 wedge laughing cow cheese
2-3 Tbsp pizza sauce (I used Rao’s)
1/3 cup cottage cheese
Turkey pepperoni
Shredded mozzarella
Spread the laughing cow cheese on the sourdough. This helps the sauce not make it soggy! Then top with sauce, cottage cheese, pepperoni, shredded cheese and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
I air fried mine at 350 for 5-6 minutes!
