I am struggling and thriving — yes, both at the same time!
I’m struggling to maintain and keep up with my standards — posting daily, getting ahead on Thrive30 filming, cleaning my house, and spending quality time with the kids (especially Charlie).
I share this not for pity but for relatability.
I also ate a chocolate chip cookie yesterday… and a donut hole… even though I told myself I wouldn’t. 🍪
But I say I am thriving and struggling because I also:
✔ Got my training in yesterday
✔ Prioritized sleep
✔ Kept up with my March March steps (even with some missed days!)
✔ Hit my protein
✔ Maintained my caloric deficit
If you feel this, know you are not alone. I see you — I see your struggles, but I also see your wins. I hope you see them too. 💛
