Slin pills stomach cramps

So I came to the conclusion that berberine can give some serious stomach cramps. So then I stopped taking berberine and switched to slin pills in the hope that the additional ingredients would wipe out that side effect, but unfortunately, I still get it.

I even take it now with meals and after meals, as I know and experience that on an empty stomach it worsens the stomach pain. And the stomach ache is really not nice, as in the pain is that serious that whatever task you are doing, you have to quit it. You just want to lay down and then you have like a few minutes of cramps and then 10 minutes nothing, and then a few minutes of intense cramps, etc. So I just wonder, am I just genetically unlucky or is there a way that I can keep taking slim pills because they do make me leaner without this side effect? Maybe take with a lot of fat, maybe with olive oil or something, I don't know. I have yet have to come to a pattern or method that does not give me those stomach cramps.
