90 Day Labs-Enclomiphene
As promised here is the Hormone piece of my 90 Day follow up Labs. Total and Free T have increased significantly from where they were prior: 333 and 4.4 respectively but the other numbers are elevated out of range. Go ahead and give it to me straight as I know a lot of you have tons more experience than I do in this area. @Hunter Ray 25MG Daily. Meet with Doctor tomorrow and suspect that will change with my latest numbers.

@Virgil Moore DIM was just recommended by a Functional Health DOC online where I asked the question about High Estradiol, SHBG, etc. Encouraged it plus Zinc and Copper. As far as Tesa I'm stocked for a cycle and had done a cycle a few month ago. I may get a one off lab on that alone to check on it to see where it's at.
Last night I took enclomiphene and it really clicked how underrated this compound is.
Most people jump straight to testosterone without understanding what they’re shutting down. Enclomiphene does the opposite — it stimulates your body to produce more of its own testosterone instead of replacing it. That’s the key difference. You’re not trading long-term function for short-term results. You’re enhancing what’s already there. When you look at the numbers, it starts to make even more sense. You can get levels into the 1000–1300 range on a very small dose, without the typical side effects people associate with testosterone cycles. No shutdown, no major estrogen issues, no complicated management. And the cost is almost nothing compared to most protocols. The interesting part is this isn’t some new experimental compound. It’s FDA approved, it’s been around, and yet it gets almost no attention. Which raises the question — how many effective solutions are ignored simply because they’re not heavily marketed? For most people, this makes more sense as a starting point than jumping straight into injections. It’s a different approach — one that focuses on increasing natural production instead of replacing it. Full video: https://youtu.be/fUeirMrNzC4?si=7bzQWU8PtniMg54H

Most “Brain Supplements” Don’t Do Much… This One’s Different
Everybody’s chasing focus. More energy. Better thinking. Faster output. But most stuff out there is just caffeine dressed up with fancy labels. This is where things get a little different. 👉 Noopept A compound originally developed for memory, focus, and cognitive performance — not a stimulant, not a pre-workout, not something you “feel” instantly. What makes it interesting: Works on learning + memory pathways Used for mental clarity and focus Doesn’t hit like caffeine — more subtle, more controlled But here’s the real question most people don’t ask: 👉 If it doesn’t “feel strong”… does that mean it’s not working? Some guys swear by it. Some feel almost nothing. That’s where it gets interesting. If you’re doing: Long editing sessions Writing content Deep focus work This might be something worth testing yourself. 👉 Grab it here and run your own experiment: https://swisschems.is/product/noopept-capsules-1800mg-30mg-per-capsule/ Drop your take: Would you rather: A) Strong stimulant you feel immediately B) Subtle cognitive enhancer that builds over time Let’s hear it.

@Roy Zimmerhansl Nicotine is also my go-to, pouch or lozenge but may move to patches eventually.

@Tony Huge Thanks for the info. Sometimes I'm A. Sometimes I'm B depends on the circumstances. Big Presentation I need that immediate stimulaltion for an hour or two but if I'm working on a Project I'd opt for the one that works over time. Curious if you have ever taken J-147 or know anything about J-147. This one just popped up on my radar.
My Latest Bloodwork After 13 Years Being Enhanced
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/qJvkdQ3Az_s?si=c5FOzlRhuekex7pb After more than a decade of being chemically enhanced, I recently reviewed my latest bloodwork. In this discussion I talk about what it’s like maintaining a bodybuilding physique using compounds such as gear and HGH, and how that lifestyle compares with the typical expectations placed on natural bodybuilding. One point we explore is the idea that enhancement can change how someone approaches: diet training intensity body composition The conversation also touches on how factors like glucose and blood sugar regulation appear in bloodwork and what that might say about metabolic health. It raises an interesting question about how fitness strategies evolve in what could be described as an “unnatural world.” This discussion is meant to explore perspectives around performance, health markers, and long-term enhancement, not to provide medical advice. Question for the community: How often do you check your bloodwork or health markers? And if you’ve tracked them over time, have you noticed anything surprising? Curious what people here have observed.

I have blood tests on a quarterly basis now. The only thing suprising was a good one as many of my numbers were really bad a couple years ago. Doc wasn't happy and was emphasizing the need for me to lose weight and get my health under control which I did. Now my numbers are looking good.
The Legal Nootropic That Beats Caffeine
What if there was an FDA-approved molecule that could upgrade your brain, metabolism, and longevity—without the jitters, crash, or side effects of stimulants? That's Mirabegron. It's a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist, and the peer-reviewed research on this compound is impressive. Most people have never heard of it. That's about to change. In this video, I break down: The Cognitive Benefits Enhanced memory, focus, and learning Neuroprotection and lower dementia risk Clean activation without the anxiety The Metabolic Advantages Increases fat burning and nutrient partitioning Improves insulin sensitivity and energy output Works through completely different pathways than stims Performance & Mood Boosts motivation and dopamine function Enhances recovery, endurance, and stress resilience This isn't hype. It's science-backed biochemical enhancement—the future of natural-plus performance. Watch the full breakdown here: The Legal Nootropic That Beats Caffeine Drop your experience below: Has anyone here tried Mirabegron? How did it compare to caffeine or other nootropics for you?
