I now take 20mg before bed 4 times a week but still the sluggishness and desiring to sleep mid day is still there.
Yesterday after 8 hours of good sleep I took a nap 7 hours later lol of 2 hours with a vivid dream.
Anything I can take to combat this and whats the cause?
I am taking all the vitamins like vit d, zinc, magnesium creatine etc .
