Hey all! I know we're all working hard, learning and growing in many ways! Looking back at the summer, or the season you've been going through, what's one thing that you can tell you have grown in? Personally, one small interesting bit that's surprised me is learning more about my performance around my nutrition both physically and mentally, and discovering new helpful ways to improve it. It's been fun and encouraging to see the progress in performance output at the gym and I'm the cockpit. Also for fun, here hanging out with @Mark Laverdiere after an amazing trip learning from him as a professional and an incredible person!
