A little about myself. Had a minor stroke January 25, was very fortunate as it only affected my speech muscles a little. Anyway I stopped smoking and started to exercise by walking/jogging daily after being sedentary for a few years working in front of a computer. Well I over done it and my lower back went. Similar to what Russ said about if I coughed I would have to brace myself. Anyway that was 6 months ago. Been to 3 or 4 physio's which just seem to aggravate my back pain. Doctor gave me 100 codeine for back pain, of which I took none. I know I sit way too much and now have bilateral groin pain. Which I 100% sure is due too back pain and sitting too much. So I have wound up here :).
