Crossed Knee Stretch
In the 'beginners course session two' right at the end, just after 100's/abdominal curls you performed a crossed legged stretch (2nd stretch from the end). I'm not sure of the correct name, well doing my right leg seems not too bad, but my left leg I can hardly get it anywhere near the same as my right leg
Should I focus on some stretches to to improve my range of motion?
