Short version: this community is going to be about growing a channel through YouTube search. Pi isn't disappearing, I'm keeping a channel here for builds and troubleshooting, and I'll still answer those. Here's the honest reasoning. This place has been quiet, and that's on me. I set it up and then never gave it a real job. No rhythm, nothing to actually do here, no reason to come back. That's not something you fix by posting more often, it's fixed by the community being about something specific. So I picked the one thing I can actually prove. I've taken a faceless tech channel past 1.2M views, mostly from search, across 62 videos, with no viral hit and without ever being on camera. That's a repeatable system, and it's the thing some folks here keep asking me about in my DMs. What's landing this week: the whole system, free, as a walkthrough you can work through in an afternoon how to find keywords people actually search, how to check whether you can realistically rank, and how to package a video so it gets found. Four of my own videos are broken down inside with real numbers. What stays: the Pi channel. If you're here to get a board doing something, post it and I'll help. One ask. Reply with a 1 or a 2 so I know who's here for what:
