Hey team, Before we jump on your onboarding call and start building your complimentary training and nutrition plan, I want to get to know you a little better. The more I understand your food preferences, the easier it is for me to design a plan that feels natural — one that includes the foods you enjoy and avoids the ones you don’t. To get started, download the food template and fill it out as you go. Be as detailed as you can — share what meals make you feel good, what you’d rather skip, and any little notes about your habits or preferences.
