  1. Schedule your onboarding call
This is your chance to jump on a 1:1 video call with me. We’ll talk through your goals, food preferences, and training style so I can design the best exercise and nutrition plan tailored to you.
  1. Fill out your food & activity diary
Please complete at least 1–2 days before our call. Without this, I won’t be able to create a program that truly fits your lifestyle.
3. Go through the Mindset Modules
Check out the Mindset Modules in the Classroom before we chat. They’ll help you get clear on what you want, so together we can lock in the right goals during your consult.
4. Give yourself credit
