Pickle Festival - Sold out 7,500 Tickets!
What a fun day today, at the Orlando Pickle Festival! I was there to volunteer for One Heard for Women and Children. Lots of crazy food choices, all of it under $10. Pickle pizza, pickle ice cream, pickle everything. Every food truck had a “pickle themed choice”! There were also craft vendors, t-shirts, popcorn, ice cream, lots of yummy choices. It was a hoot. I noticed all walks of life. People from every generation, it was so much fun. Just chatting with the attendees, while checking them in; Scanning tickets and placing bracelets on their wrists. Making idle chatter and small talk. Everyone was so nice. I would joke and say, she’ll scan ya and I’ll wrist band ya! (I was a poet and didn’t even know it)! People laughed.. no one seemed to have a "chip" on their shoulder. They were all kind. There were so many people that suffered heat stroke. One lady was sitting down, and she just all of the sudden tossed her lunch, covered it with dirt, and did it again! I asked her if she was OK, she said, yes, I am just overheated. I have water. I went and got the paramedics. She needed to get out of the sun and they needed to get her a barf bag and electrolytes. I am actually not sure what they did for her. Another girl, literally collapsed, while waiting in the pickled pretzel line. Which, BTW was the longest line out of all of the food trucks. Except maybe one of the ice cream trucks. I love being a part of something bigger than me. This event was raising money for One Heart for Women and Children. I love that. It allows me to love on people in our community. It fills my heart for sure. When I left, I couldn’t help but reflect of some of the children that were clearly obese. It’s just sad that we’re not teaching our children the importance of moving your body. Eating Whole Foods and not feeding them crap all of the time. As adults, we should do better. Our kids deserve better. It’s not about vanity, or being skinny. It’s about long term health and living a full life.

Be The One
I started this book again, for the 4th or 5th time, reading/listening to (JP) Justin Prince's book, Be The One. I give it 10*! Best book I've ever read. And reading, in the past, was a struggle. Justin says, "If you're not learning, you're not growing!" So, reading has become a part of my journey. Some audible. Some reading. Some both. In this case, I recommend both. Justin't book has pages for you to write. And, that's another thing. I am writing. Without the use of AI, so, (BIG WIN) this post is raw, real, Christine - getting in touch with her NEW IDENTITY. I think you'll enjoy it. I know I am. _________________________________________ I wanted to share a bit about the book, and what I am learning. Justin says, don't just read a book, study it. I am finally committed to doing just that. I am studying "Be The One." Chapter 4 challenges the reader to "Clarify your 3D Vision". How many of you have actually sat down and done that? I can tell you, I have never done that. In the book, JP asks the question, "What is my vision?" "What do I really want to do with my life?" To "be the one" you must live and lead your life with vision. Mine, I am still working on it. 58 years young, and I have never defined my vision. Which, Justin emphasizes, most of us have not yet CLEARLY defined our vision. I mean, we know what we want, to be financially free, to make a difference in this world.. High performers can state what they want to achieve and why it matters to them, without delay. Can you do that? Me either.... A clearly defined vision sits on top of your tongue, not in the back of your mind. Until now, it's sat in the back of my mind. I finally understand the assignment ..... I am not who I was.. I am who I am meant to be...I am who God created me to be. I am resilient..an overcomer of challenges. I inspire others to live an intentional life. I am thoughtful of others and meet them where they are. Part of Justin's book, is to write 3 things you have already accomplished. Things like - receiving my Certified Medical Nail Technician License in 2020 - after CoV shut the world down. Receiving 2 promotions, in 16 months at my job. Started a Nail Business in 2018-2021.

MAKE Wellness Earns DSN Bravo Growth Award
We’re honored to share that MAKE Wellness has received the Direct Selling News Bravo Growth Award. This award recognizes the fastest-growing companies on the DSN Global 100. It’s not subjective, it's a reflection of real performance, at scale, in a competitive category. It matters. But what matters more is what it represents. This didn’t happen because of a moment. It happened because thousands of people decided to build something different. Our affiliates who took a chance early and went to work. Our customers who believed in the products and came back again and again. Our corporate team who has executed under pressure and kept raising the standard. Our partners who have leaned in with us as we’ve scaled. In one year, this company moved faster than most thought possible. Not by accident. By alignment. This is a testament to our vision, courage, tenacity and community. “In my life, I want to do something that makes a difference. This sales channel provides unique ability to change people and families lives. It is so much bigger and so much more impactful than just creating revenue.” -Justin Prince, Founder

Success Recipe
Success doesn’t start in the morning… It starts the night before. The small things you do in the evening can completely change how you show up the next day—your energy, your mindset, and even how your body feels. Here’s a simple recipe to follow tonight: 1. Set your bedtime: Give yourself about an hour to unwind—this helps your brain slow down and prepares your body for deeper, more restorative sleep. 2. Clean up today’s mess: Whether it’s your space, your kitchen, or your thoughts—closing out the day creates clarity and calm. 3. Make tomorrow easier: Lay out what you need, plan one or two priorities—future you will thank you. 4. Make 5 minutes for YOU: Even just a few quiet moments can help you reconnect and reset before the day ends. 5. Tuck your phone in first: Put your phone away before you settle in—less scrolling, more rest. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just intentional. Which one of these are you committing to tonight? 💛

Thursday Momentum: Just Start Moving
I’m going to be real with you… When my alarm went off at 5:30 this morning, I did NOT want to get up. It would have been so easy to roll over and go back to sleep. But I’ve learned something over time… Consistency matters more than motivation. So I got up. I supported my body. I hit my mat. I moved. Nothing crazy. A little yoga. Some leg lifts. A quick arm workout. Simple. Intentional. Done. And here’s what I want you to know— This is what my mornings look like now, 6 days a week. Not perfect. Not extreme. Just consistent. Because after 50, movement isn’t about going all out…it’s about reminding your body what it’s designed to do. Movement supports: Your metabolism Your strength Your energyYour mindset And it doesn’t have to be complicated. Do squats at the sink. Walk your driveway. Stretch for 5 minutes. Just start. That one decision shifts everything. 👇 Your turn:Did you move your body today? Comment “DONE” when you do.
