I’m going to be real with you…
When my alarm went off at 5:30 this morning, I did NOT want to get up.
It would have been so easy to roll over and go back to sleep.
But I’ve learned something over time…
Consistency matters more than motivation.
So I got up.
I supported my body.
I hit my mat.
I moved.
Nothing crazy.
A little yoga. Some leg lifts. A quick arm workout.
Simple. Intentional. Done.
And here’s what I want you to know—
This is what my mornings look like now, 6 days a week.
Not perfect. Not extreme. Just consistent.
Because after 50, movement isn’t about going all out…it’s about reminding your body what it’s designed to do.
Movement supports:
Your metabolism
Your strength
Your energyYour mindset
And it doesn’t have to be complicated.
Do squats at the sink.
Walk your driveway.
Stretch for 5 minutes.
Just start.
That one decision shifts everything.
